Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of webdevilstudios.com. They are not a contract for services. Work is only agreed in a separate written agreement signed by both sides.
1. Who these terms are with
This site is operated by Web Devil Studios LLC, a limited liability company based in Lehi, Utah. Throughout this page, "we" and "us" mean Web Devil Studios LLC, and "you" means the person using the site.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
2. What belongs to us
Everything on this site is our property or is used with permission. That includes the written copy, the page and layout design, the design system and its tokens, the source code, the case studies, the answer pages, the graphics, and the structure of the site itself.
You may:
- read the site, and link to any page on it
- quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link back
- print or save a copy of a page for your own reference, including letting an AI assistant read a page on your behalf
You may not, without our written permission:
- copy, republish, or resell the copy, design, or code, in whole or in substantial part
- systematically scrape the site to reproduce it, or to build a competing service offering from it
- present our case studies, methods, or written material as your own work
- remove or alter any attribution
This site publishes a /llms.txt file and permits AI crawlers
in robots.txt deliberately: we want answer engines to read
and cite these pages. Reading, indexing, and citing this site with
attribution is fine. Reproducing it wholesale as your own is not.
3. Getting in touch and booking a call
There is no contact form on this site. You can reach us by phone, by email, or by booking a call through our scheduling page, which is hosted by a third party.
When you contact us or book a call, please give accurate information. We rely on it to prepare for the conversation, and a call booked with incorrect details may be cancelled.
If you contact us, you are asking us to reply, and we will reply by the same channel you used, or by another one you have given us. We will not add you to a marketing list from a booked call alone, and we do not send marketing text messages.
Booking a call does not create a contract for work. It is a conversation. Any engagement begins only when both sides sign a written agreement setting out scope, price, and timing.
4. What we do and do not promise about results
We build websites, funnels, and lead generation systems, and we work on search visibility as part of that. What follows matters, so it is stated plainly rather than buried.
We cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, or leads. Search engines and answer engines control their own ranking systems, change them without notice, and do not disclose how they work. Nobody can promise a specific position, a specific volume of traffic, or a specific number of inquiries. You should treat any agency that does with suspicion. What we commit to is the work: the build, the technical standards, and the reporting that shows what actually happened.
Results depend on things outside our control, including your offer, your pricing, your responsiveness to inquiries, your market, your competitors, and the time you give the work to take effect.
Timeframes on this site are typical, not promised. Where a page gives a range for how long something takes or what it might produce, that is our experience, not a commitment. Your engagement's dates and deliverables come from your written agreement.
5. The information on this site
The answer pages, service pages, and location pages are published as general information. They are written carefully and from real experience, and they are still general. They are not advice about your specific business, and they are not a proposal.
Prices shown are starting points and are subject to change. A price becomes binding only in a signed written agreement.
Where we cite a statistic, we link its source, and the source is responsible for its own accuracy. Where we describe a competitor's pricing, it was correct on the date stated and may have changed since.
The site is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.
6. Other people's sites and services
This site links to third-party services, including our scheduling provider, and it uses a third-party analytics provider. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, their availability, their terms, or how they handle your information. When you leave this site, their terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.
Details of what our analytics provider collects are in our privacy policy.
7. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or losses caused by the site being unavailable, by a scheduling page failing, or by a message not reaching us.
If you cannot reach us through this site and it matters, please call. The phone number is on the contact page and does not depend on this site working.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.
Liability arising from work we are engaged to perform is governed by the written agreement for that work, not by this page.
8. Things you must not do here
You agree not to:
- send spam, fraudulent inquiries, or automated bulk contact
- attempt to interfere with the site, submit malicious code, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission
- place an unreasonable load on the site or the services behind it, including through automated scraping
- use the site to break the law, or to help someone else do so
We may block any address or network that does these things, without notice and without explanation.
Responsible security reports are welcome and will not be treated as a breach of this section. Email us before testing anything.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and the current version is the one that applies. Material changes to an active engagement are handled through that engagement's written agreement, not by editing this page.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
